Let us follow the example of John the Baptist in bearing witness of Jesus Christ.

- We too are called to be witnesses of Jesus Christ, like John the Baptist was.
- John did not understand everything that Jesus Christ said and did.
- John the Baptist pointed to the central aspect of the person of Jesus: “Behold! The Lamb of God who takes away the sin of the world!”
