I do not pray for these alone, but also for those who will believe in Me through their word; that they all may be one, as You, Father, are in Me, and I in You; that they also may be one in Us, that the world may believe that You sent Me.

We strive for unity in the church of Christ.
Summary:
- The church of Christ is one. Despite all of its diversity, belief in the one Lord makes unity possible in the church.
- Oneness with God and with one another can already be experienced today, and will come to perfect fulfilment with the return of Christ.
- We also demonstrate unity, for example, when we profess the gospel to the outside world.
